Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed/defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- We sent you the wrong size product.
Please email us at support@gearhomie.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.
Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refunds if:
• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gearhomie (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned fabric material clearly in the "Product Description" section. The fabric material is clearly in the product description.
• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30-45 days.
Cancellation Policy
A. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the order's completion, then we will refund what you paid for your order within 30 working days. However, please note that the cancellation fee will be $5 for each item for services charges. Please bear in mind that beyond 24 hours, your purchase will be completed and fulfilled in our system, and we will be unable to cancel it.
B. ORDER MODIFICATION
If you discover that the information on your order needs to be changed, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@gearhomie.com within 24 hours to make the necessary changes. We will not accept any requests for order modifications after 24 hours have passed following your purchase.
