  • If the product is defective, incorrect or not as advertised, please kindly reach out to us via support@gearhomie.com, including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.
  • We’ll send you replacements free of charge as soon as we confirm the situation. There is no need for you to return the defective ones.
  • You have 14 calender days to notify us the issues from the date you received it.
